Effective March 2011, Lower Frederick Township requires all on lot septic systems to be pumped and inspected every 3 years.  Haulers need to provide a copy of insurance to the Township and agree to abide by the Township's regulations.

A neighborhood watch has been formed in the Spring Mount Area.  They meet the first Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m. in the Lower Frederick Township Building.
